If the darker days of winter feel like the need to hibernate, then get ready for spring on this long weekend retreat in the beautiful Hamlet of Lee. Set in three acres of ancient woodland, we will be heralded by bluebells for our stay in this magical place (you won't want to leave). Staying in 100 year old cabins scattered in the woods, each with a private deck yet sharing a modern bathroom, each cabin can be made up as a superking bed to share or twin beds for solo travellers.
Arriving from 2pm on Friday you will have time just to sink in and settle in to the beauty of The Cleave. Tea and cake will greet you on arrival with time to explore and find your cabin, your home for the weekend. Yoga takes place in a new state of the art studio looking out over an infinity deck with views of trees. Our first yoga practice will be at 4:30pm the theme of the retreat wake up to spring will find us flowing through yoga practices to boost the immune system and sooth the central nervous system. Our on site Ayuvedic chef will curate food for the season and share her wealth of knowledge with you during a workshop session.
Saturday and Sunday will have two yoga practices each day, one workshop per day, meditation and yoga nidra, there will also be one sound healing experince over the weekend. What is included in the price? Everything mentioned here plus an evening meal on Friday, brunch and evening meal on Saturday and Sunday and breakfast on Monday. There will be hot drinks aviable throughout your stay provided in your cabin and whilst dining, a fruit bowl and snacks around workshop time.
The cost of this long weekend including accomodation, activities and food as described above is £350 per person sharing a cabin for two. A deposit of £75 secures your place which is non refundable* and the balance is payable by 28th February.
