Service Description

Louise has 25 years of experience of working 1:1 with people to affect positive change. Now trained in a number of holistic modalities - a yoga teacher, womb healer, breath guide and mentor, she combines previous experience to support women navigating menopause. There are 34 'common symptoms' of menopause, you may be experiencing all of them or a few of them - any one of them can have a life changing impact. It is no wonder therefore that menopause is seen as something to be feared rather than celebrated. But what if I told you there is another way? That this transition, this right of passage is, in fact, a path to greatness? Can you see it? Join me for a 1:1 session and let me show you the way, let me help you see the power within. So what happens in a breath 1:1 - before the meeting (either in person or via zoom) you complete a consultation form to give me an outline of what you are dealing with. As, here's the thing, we are not going to spend our precious time together talking about how awful the menopause is, no, we are going to cut to the chase and learn methods, breath practices, that will help you overcome all that you are experiencing!
