Are you a 21st century woman who is just so busy being a wife, mother, daughter, employee, lover, friend that there seems little time or energy for your needs? Are you perimenopausal or post menopause and are still trying to awaken to this new stage of life? Or to navigate through the myriad of symptoms? Are these symptoms making you feel less attractive, less sensual and does this leave you feeling like desire is fading away?

This event is for all women seeking a deeper connection with the divine feminine within. Whatever stage of womanhood, this workshop is for you. If you are perimenopausal or have reached Menopause, this workshop is a must for you. Menopause is a right of passage, a new awakening, but often the transition and associated symptoms can cause women to struggle to understand self, struggle to find a deeper connection to the 'new you'.

This valentines be your own love, self love/self care in these times is so important. Join me for this exploration of self, we will start our journey together with a Circle of Sisters, a sharing Circle, I will hold space for you to express what brought you on this journey. There will be meditation, pranayama (breathing exercise) movement and a guided visualisation to leave you feeling complete. The workshop will end with tea and cake and the opportunity to Circle once again and share your intentions in moving forward.
