You can choose from a 2, 3, or 4-night stay, with prices starting at £300 per night, depending on the options you select.
To make things as stress-free as possible, flexible payment options are available at no extra cost.
You can choose to pay in full or spread the cost over three or six months, whatever works best for you. No hidden fees, no extra charges!

With over 500 hours of training in yoga to support women, breathwork for menopause, and holistic therapies, I’ve dedicated the last 6 years to supporting women through life’s transitions, particularly menopause.
My previous career as a Probation Officer was based on behaviour change and I use the skills in CBT I developed there to support women manage their symptoms.
My training includes specialised certifications in perimenopause support, womb and fertility massage, and menopause breathwork, ensuring my approach is both informed and deeply personalised
I understand that menopause is not a one-size-fits-all experience.
My focus is on creating a compassionate, inclusive space where you can explore what works best for your mind, body, and soul, guided by evidence-based practices and a genuine passion for helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom.

Is there a payment plan?Yes! I offer flexible payment options to make things easier for you. You can choose to spread the cost over 3 or 6 months, with no extra charge for the payment plan. Alternatively, you can pay in full if you prefer. I want to make sure that booking your retreat is as stress-free as possible!

Are there any additional costs?The price of your retreat includes two massages, daily yoga, breathwork, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea, so you definitely won't go hungry or miss out on relaxation! Any additional massages or treatments beyond the two included will be an extra cost. The only other potential additional costs are for any activities you choose to do outside of the retreat schedule. All options will be clearly outlined when you book, so you can plan accordingly.

Is my cost of flight or travel included?Flights are not included in the retreat price but if you fly into Belfast City or arrive by train into Bangor, you will be collected. You’ll need to arrange your travel separately, but I’ll provide details of the venue and travel recommendations to help make your planning easier. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?Life happens! I understand that circumstances can change, which is why I offer a cancellation policy that’s designed with flexibility in mind. Here’s how it works… A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable as a lot of time and effort goes into planning and curating a retreat that’s just right for you. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat starts. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 30 days before the start of the retreat and receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat will result in a charge of 50% of the retreat cost. Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat will result in the full cost being charged.

Do I have to have done yoga before?Not at all! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practising yoga for years, this retreat is for you. The practices are designed to be accessible for all levels, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. The focus is on your well-being and connection to your body, so there’s no pressure to be a seasoned yogi!

What if I have dietary requirements or other needs?Your well-being is my priority, so I will always do my best to accommodate your dietary requirements or any other needs. Once you book, just let me know what you need, and I’ll make sure we have everything in place for you to feel comfortable and supported throughout the retreat. You can focus on nourishing yourself in every way possible!
