Who is this retreat for?
I've been working with women navigating menopause for 5 years, teaching yoga, hosting retreats, sharing breath work, massage and mentoring. What I hear time and again from these women is they are unsure whether they can carry on in their career.
There are too many conflicting responsibilities, they feel invisible in the work place and just don't have the time for self care.
These are the women I've created this retreat for. Women who need a break from it all, a space to breath, to be supported and to learn some strategies and coping mechanisms to future proof mind, body and soul.

Payment Options
Mind-Body-Menopause retreats are completely bespoke, designed around your needs and availability.
You can choose from a 2 or 3 night stay, with prices starting at £300 per night, depending on the options you select.
What I have found is that many women choose to take this time out together with a friend, someone they are navigating menopause with or a bestie or sister you just want to reconnect and have quality time with.
To make things as stress-free as possible, flexible payment options are available, all you need to do is pay before you stay.

As part of your journey, you’ll receive three monthly 1:1 check-ins to keep the momentum going.

Hi, I’m Louise. My mission is to help you future-proof your life with natural solutions.
I am a post-menopaue woman who has spent the last 6 years researching natural solutions to manage my own menopause. I understand your challenges because I’ve lived them and have experienced the emotional and physical impact this journey brings.
I tried and tested everything to bring you something that actually works.
I am not anti HRT - I just know it isn't the only part of the puzzle, women need a range of solutions to future proof life
I believe that menopause isn’t something to fear or hide from but an opportunity to step into a more empowered, vibrant version of yourself.

My professional training in women’s health, yoga, breathwork, CBT, and massage ensures that EVERYTHING I offer is grounded in expertise and lived experience.
With over 500 hours of training in yoga to support women, breathwork for menopause, and holistic therapies, I’ve dedicated the last 6 years to supporting women through life’s transitions, particularly menopause.
My previous career as a Probation Officer was based on behaviour change, trained in CBT I use these skills to support women manage their symptoms.
My holistic training includes specialised certifications in perimenopause support, womb and fertility massage, and menopause breathwork, ensuring my approach is both informed and deeply personalised
I understand that menopause is not a one-size-fits-all experience.
My focus is on creating a compassionate, inclusive space where you can explore what works best for your mind, body, and soul, guided by evidence-based practices and a genuine passion for helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom.
