Service Description
Come and join our growing community. A place to gather, share and move. Each week the practice will be designed to aleviate a symptom or to future proof your mind and body. Midlife brings with it so many challenges, along with all the unhelpful symptoms, midlife is a theif of time. But, wellness isn't a luxury, it is the oil that keeps your body and mind going. So, why not gift yourself 55 minutes once a week to join us for 10 minutes of chat, share your weekly wins or voice how you feel, then it's time to move. If you can't make the live class, it will be recorded and sent to everyone (just the movement part, never the chat) so you can do it at a time to suit or repeat it if you came to class. I really don't want this to be one more thing you need to worry about, but if we do one thing in 2026, it needs to be making time for wellness. The class is via zoom, Tuesday at 18:30 - 19:25 and costs £8 a week or if committing to the month, £6 per class paid in advance.
