Autumn Day Retreat

This event will take place on Sunday 1st November 

Sisters, this is the day you’ve been waiting for. Come join our Circle and celebrate the divine feminine.

Taking place at The Retreat New Forest, this stunning retreat centre offers a beautiful studio in which to practice, delicious home made food provided by Holy Cow Today and nestled in the tranquil forest for wilderness walks in the breaks.

Two yoga practices focused on women’s well being, a delicious vegetarian lunch, time for a walk in nature or participate in a topical discussion over cups of tea & cake. The day will culminate with a female centred yoga nidra  

You’ll be left feeling empowered, rejuvenated and ready to face autumn 

Everything you need will be provided, mats, props and refreshments.
