Autumn Equinox Weekend Retreat

Oh my goodness, this is the one i've been waiting for. This retreat is for ALL women but will be particularly beneficial for perimenopausal and women post menopause. Friday afternoon until Monday morning, we are going to dive deep. We will be journeying through the gateways of the womb. Rights of passage, some of which you will have travelled through, but what was your experience? Yoga, movement, dance, ritual (it is the autumn equinox), art, sound therapy*, healing, meditation and optional womb/fertility massage* - forming a circle of sisters to share our journey this will be a sacred weekend.
