Autumn Equinox Weekend Retreat

Oh my goodness, this is the one i've been waiting for. This retreat is for ALL women but will be particularly beneficial for perimenopausal and women post menopause. Friday afternoon until Monday morning, we are going to dive deep. We will be journeying through the gateways of the womb. Rights of passage, some of which you will have travelled through, but what was your experience? Yoga, movement, dance, ritual (it is the autumn equinox), art, sound therapy*, healing, meditation and optional womb/fertility massage* - forming a circle of sisters to share our journey this will be a sacred weekend. 

There are three log cabins, each with it's own deck and a shared bathroom. The cost of the long weekend which includes all food, yoga and accomodation £335 per person sharing a cabin. Food is prepared fresh at each meal by a local chef who selects the finest, local ingredients for the vegan/veggie delights she offers. There will be an evening meal on Friday, brunch, afternoon tea and dinner on Saturday brunch and dinner on Sunday, then a lighter breakfast cooked family style before you leave on Monday. Tea and coffee available throughout your stay. A £75 deposit secures your booking, the balance will be due at the end of July 2021.
