Autumn Retreat for Women

I truly love the transition into autumn, the subtle shift in weather, the change in light, the colours. I welcome it all. Many women find this time more difficult to navigate, much like their own inner autumn, that build up of tension. This retreat is all about letting go. 

Join me in this truly wonderous place, not far from the sea and some of our activity together. Why have I not called this a yoga retreat? Well, it is going to be so much more. There will be yoga of course but I will be sharing many of my other loves with you too. Water, there is an onsite heated pool and many glorious beaches close by. Movement, not just yoga, more embodied, felt, this will lead into a session which may involve art, writing, some kind of self expression. Breathwork. There will be ritual, for you to take home and see you through this time of darker days. There will be sound and guided visualisation. There will be connection, we will sit in Circle together and share. This might all sound a bit vague but, I find the magic is the mystery, trust me, you will not be dissapointed.

The retreat begins on Friday at 4, time to check in and grab a cuppa before our first movement together before dinner. There will be something planned for the evenings, again, you know, it is part of the magic. Saturday, breakfast is provided but we will make it together, family style. The (vegetarian) food is provided but we work together to prepare it, this is all part of the connection, the ritual. Lunch and Dinner are made by the creative on site chef. Sunday the same, breakfast by us, but lunch prepared for us before we depart at 4.

Women are meant to connect but all too often we are too busy being all the many facets of ourselves that others expect. Women should not be in action mode all the time, we need time to be, we are cyclical beings, whether you still cycle or not. Women are seasonal, elemental, we will explore these concepts through all that I will share with you. So what ever stage of life you are at, this is the retreat for you. The cost of this retreat includes all food, tea and coffee, accommodation, activities and depends on the room you select. 

✨Individual room with a single bed £350

✨Shared room with a single and double bed £330 per person with two, £310 per person with three sharing

✨Double room with a Double bed £390 for sole use or if two share the bed £310 per person

✨Twin room with bunk beds £290 per person sharing, this room can be used for sole use at £350
