Autumn Retreat for Women

I truly love the transition into autumn, the subtle shift in weather, the change in light, the colours. I welcome it all. Many women find this time more difficult to navigate, much like their own inner autumn, that build up of tension. This retreat is all about letting go. 

Join me in this truly wonderous place, not far from the sea and some of our activity together. Why have I not called this a yoga retreat? Well, it is going to be so much more. There will be yoga of course but I will be sharing many of my other loves with you too. Water, there is an onsite heated pool and many glorious beaches close by.
