LPY 5th Birthday

November 19th 2023 marks the 5 year anniversary of when I completed my yoga teacher training. I chose to complete my training in the UK, Bath in fact, I wanted to take my time, to really learn how to teach, what to teach, what being a yoga teacher really meant. Well, of course, that learning really takes place once you start to teach and it is down to you, the yogi who comes to my class, that has helped develop my teachings.

So to say thank you, I invite you to join me on Sunday 19th November from 17:00 - 19:00 for a yoga practice, some breath work and visualisation to finish before tea and cake. Space is limited although I have chosen to return to my first ever venue, the wonderful St Johns Place in Lower Bemerton which is the largest venue I have used. I am offering my teaching to you as a gift, I just ask for a small payment of £5 to secure your space and to help pay for the venue.

This will also be somewhat of a farewell (not goodbye) as I am taking much of 2024 off to travel. During this time I will still be hosting retreats, workshops and outdoor yoga in the summer. I will also be embarking on, not only a voyage of self discovery but a number of yoga teacher trainings, first in Thailand and then in the Mother country herself, India. I'll then be back in 2025 with a whole new offering, I hope you'll come back and see.
