Menopausal Mermaid Retreat

Listen, can you hear the call of the sea? Do you hear it louder than ever before, now you are navigating the choppy waters of menopause too? If you are looking for a salty sanctuary, sisterhood, connection and lots of opportunities to dip, this is the retreat for you!

Friday arrival, find your room and after tea, cake and chat we will head out for our first dip. Saturday there will be time for a double dip, 2 yoga practices (one with massage included), breath work and breakfast, lunch and dinner! That night we'll gather in the sauna and share tales of the sea, spiced with Irish myth and legend. Sunday we'll head to the beach for yoga and another dip, returning for brunch before saying farewell.
