The True Essence of You Retreat

This will be our 7th retreat at Studland, every time we add more, more content, more fun, more value. Last time we gave the retreat an upgarde and it worked so well, we've kept it in for this time. Rather than our retreat ending on Sunday morning, we have hired the village hall for Sunday morning too so there will be more yoga and a special workshop with Magda that will lead into lunch. Why do we keep coming back? Well, we couldn't be happier with this unique hostel.
