Women's Weekend Retreat

Who is this rereat for? Just about every woman I know. Why do we need a retreat just for women? The role of the woman in today's society is complex, conflicting demands - the push to be and have everything, yet when you strive for what society expects from you you're faced with criticism. This weekend is for all women looking to shed that 'skin', dive deep sisters and get ready to step into the full glory of your own truth.

There will be female centered yoga practices, movement designed to find and ignite your inner goddes, including well womb yoga (this is for all women, whether you have a womb or not) and a deeply nurturing yin along with meditation, pranayama, a women's circle and yoga nidra. There will be free time to explore the local area, there are a number of awared winning beaches nearby or just relax with a good book by a roaring fire. Coupled with the most delicious food you can think of, this weekend is for you!

Arriving at 4 on Friday 20th November you'll have time to unpack and unwind before our first practice together. The retreat finishes after lunch on Sunday 22nd. All food is provided, vegetarian and is simply divine, lunch and dinner are cooked by the in house chef Eve, breakfast is provided but a family affair to prepare and serve. Please advise if you have any dietary requirements and these will accommodated where possible.

The cost of this retreat is based on the accommodation you select:

two people sharing a twin room (with two seperate beds) £275 per person

two people sharing a twin room (with ample bunk beds) £265 per person

one person in a single bed room £285 per person

one person in a double bed room £300 per person

A deposit of £75 is required to confirm your place and this is non-refundable. The balance is due by 30th September and once paid will only be refundable if your place is resold. Please get in touch if you'd like more information or to book your place.
